Growing up, a corner of my grandparents’ yard was filled with vibrant peonies that seemed to capture the essence of summer. Those blooms were more than just beautiful flowers—they were a symbol of love, resilience, and the magic of nature. Today, I still cherish some of their original plants, knowing that a single peony can thrive for over 60 years, blooming year after year.

After being inspired by the vast peony farms of Alaska, I envisioned bringing that same breathtaking beauty to our own corner of the world—right here on the prairies. With bitterly cold winters, the prairies are the perfect environment for peonies to flourish. Saskatchewan offers everything these flowers need to put on their spectacular show each spring.
